1001012 – Spring Demo

Description

1001012 – The Spring Polymagnets attract from a distance but as the two magnets reach a defined distance, they reach an equilibrium point. If the magnets are pushed past the equilibrium point, the force changes from attract to repel. 

The Polymagnet pair used in this demo is part #1002290; a 0.010″ steel shunt is bonded to this pair to increase adhesion to the plastic end caps.
