1002304 is a complete set of Polymagnets designed to form a 45 degree twist-release mechanism. It contains:
- 1002232 – Twist/Release Polymagnet A
- 1002233 – Twist/Release Polymagnet B
This Polymagnet pair has been removed from the from the catalog since 1002232 pairs with itself; it can still be ordered in volumes >100 and with a 6-week lead time by emailing orders@codedspring.com
Use of the 1002232/1002233 pair results in a holding force at contact that is approximately 4N stronger than 1002232/1002232
This torque Polymagnet features rotational alignment and torque resistance. A pair of these magnets exhibits a high attract force when rotationally aligned, and a high repel force when rotated 45 degrees in either direction, forming a twist-release mechanism. It features a countersink for easy mounting with M4 screws. Great for:
